T22 dead???

I have a T22 w/ PIII 900MHz/256MB RAM/40GB HD. Although a bit slow, it has been working fine until last week when it stopped working. When I press the power button, I'd see the IBM splash screen, and within a minute the screen will go blank. I couldn't even get into the BIOS.

Any ideas what's wrong? Thanks!

Could be the lcd's backlight. Assuming it stays powered up when the screen goes blank, connect a vga monitor to it and see if it displays normally. Fn F7 allows you to toggle between the displays or output to both. When it first lights up, does the lcd have a pinkish tinge to it?
