T21 Screen Replacement - Where To Go?

The display on my T21 has a horizontal line through it. From what I've read, it seems to mean my LCD panel needs to be replaced.

I'm comfortable enough doing simple installation and repairs on this unit, but I am really not up to the task of replacing the LCD.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a place that services out-of-warranty ThinkPads and doesn't charge an arm and a leg? I can either drop it somewhere (Chicago) or ship it.
