I can't delete R&R backups.

#1 Post by Padhead » Sat Oct 18, 2008 6:54 am

Help, I can't delete R&R backups. R&R crashes everytime that I try to delete back-up My hard disk is now full.

I wonder if this has anything to do with me updating the R&R software from v3 to v4. The backups were created using v3.

I would aprriate any help

That thread is two years old. It doesn't even mention R&R v4.x.

Can anyone chime-in please

do you need to keep any of the backups? on my t43, if i boot windows in safe-mode, the rrbackups(sp?) subdir becomes actionable and i could delete pretty much anything there. not sure what that does to r&r in general, though. personally, i don't use r&r and it's one of the first things i uninstall on a reimage, so i only know this through experimentation.

not sure how closely this relates to a t6x and r&r v4x, but i thought i'd toss it out there.
