Weird problem with fingerprint

Hi!

I've got really weird problem with this sensor. I've installed newest drivers, running XP, I've configured 2 my fingers without any problems. But...when system requires fingerprints (after startup) I swipe my finger and nothing happends. I have to press alt+ctrl+delete and type my password. Any solution?

Have you looked at all the settings in the fingerprint control panel? It's been a while since I used XP and fingerprint software but I thought there were some setting related to the problem you're having. You could always try clearing all fingerprint data and doing a fresh install of the software.

I think its configured ok. I reinstalled software but still the same. In control panel is test option - and this cannot see my fingerprints, but in configurator I've configured my fingerprints without any problems.

It's really weird...

Have you tried that?:
Local Security Policy -> Local Policies -> Security Options -> Interactive Login: enable "Do not require Ctrl+Alt+Del"
