presentation director for T61 on 2003 server

I've got all of the drivers working for my T61 on a 2003 R2 server.

I tried installing the presentation director but when I try to create or edit a display scheme, the dropdowns on the display tab are not working. When I click on Fn F7, the presentation director doesn't popup. I'm not sure if it's because I've got 2003 server installed or something else. I downloaded and isntalled the latest version, 4.01.

Is there a place I can download the earlier version? Maybe that will work. I had to download an earlier version for the wireless lan so I can install it on 2003 server.

There were no errors on the install.

I've got Power Management Driver & Hotkey Features installed.
