LF: 512mb PC2100 laptop RAM and wireless MiniPCI card

I've got a Gateway m305CRV that i'd like to get working again.

i have 2x256mb inside, i'd like to get 512 + 256 or 2x 512mb inside

the original wireless card was removed, but the antenna wires are still intact. from what i can find, the original is some Actiontec wireless card, but any working wireless card will make me happy. wireless B/G is a plus, but B is enough for what i need.
