ibm 560e: BIOS test of sound hardware in error

Hi,

I have a thinkpad IBM 560E 2640 30U. When I run BIOS test of all hardware devices, it shows an error in the sound device:

- DEV 150
- ERR 20
- FRU 0010

Does it mean that sound card is broken? The OS - W2kPRO - does not detect any error.
