Replace WSXGA with WUXGA on T60

Hello,

I have a T60 "8743-CTO" with a 15.4 inch WSXGA.

The LCD is behaving erratically. 3/4 of the bottom half of the screen would turn white. The problem exactly the same as

I opened up the laptop - and discovered that the problem was with the pressure contacts on the left of the screen. This is something I could not fix.

I want to replace my screen.

Is a WUXGA screen compatible with a T60 that originally had a WSXGA?

Can anybody recommend a supplier?
