Thanks for posting this. Those are very cool photos.

I used to visit Boston.com every day when I lived there, and I forgot how good their site is maintained. I will be checking that section now on a regular basis. Thanks again.

Sure, that's now. But in a couple of billion years from now it will expand enough to take us out. How's that for being both optimistic (assumes humans will still be on the planet) and pessimistic at the same time? :lol:

Knowing humans (sun will expand for sure), you can rephrase that into pessimistic and pessimistic...

on another note IRT the sun, i suggest a quick trip to google with the search term: solar xray output..
