X61 keeps losing background pic when redocking

Hey all,

My client keeps losing her background picture of her baby when she redocks her laptop into the docking station. I've fixed her resolution problem with the presentation director for only one setting. That tested fine. But when I took the laptop out and put it back in again, the resolution was fine but the picture was gone. I have to go and reselect the picture for her again. anyone heard of this problem before?
