Everything Marked As Read Automatically

If I log in and then immediately log out, without reading any messages,
everything is automatically marked as having been read.

Is that the way it's supposed to work?

Pretty much. It can be annoying if the server connection fails, because then the same thing happens (at least to me). ... JDH

Well, usually I have been clicking on the "Mark all posts as read" thingie so
this will normally be a convenience for me - so I'll look at the times of post
in other cases.
