Problem with LCD

#1 Post by andertrack » Wed Oct 22, 2008 7:30 pm

My monitor has been acting up for a while now. For a time it would only turn off briefly when I moved it. Now, it is randomly and intermittently, without any regularity, turning off for about half a second and then coming back on. I looked at the connection to the MOBO and everything seems to be fine. Any suggestions?

No, the computer does not shut down when I move it, only the connection to the screen, power or data, is interrupted.

Have you tried hooking it up to an external monitor and see if you can get it to replicate the problem?
