T43P motherboard needs help

Hey there everyone I just purchased from a friend a t43, t43p, and t60. The t60 works flawlessly my t43 is under warranty as is the t60 my t43p had problems with fuse f8 I was able to diagnose and locate the probem being the f8 fuse thanks to this forum, I temporarily bridged the fuse to see if it would bring back my power and activity lights which it did. however it was a bad cold solder joint so It broke off.
In the process of trying to repair the fuse I got butter fingers and botched the resistor (im assuming) to the right of fuse f8. mobo wont even power on and i know its because of this issue because 5 min prior was fine. Can anyone recommend anyone here cpable of fixing these two components? if not anyone have a t43p mobo with ati firegl chipset?
I just bought a new case for the t43p along with biometric bezel so Id hate to let it go to waste. I know I can swap my t43 board in to make use of the uxga screen and BT but I rather have 2 laptops

Worse case scenario anyone interested in purchasing this unit? In great shape, new case, 2 pata hdds 40gb and 60gb. biometrics etc. model is 2668-h8u btw.
