x24 updated to xp pro: Now Nic error code 10

Hi all,

I updated win2k to win xp pro sp1 on a X24. All went well except for the Nic daughter card. XP prompted for e100bnt5.sys. I found it and supplied, but when installation was complete I got a code 10 device can not start. I tried reinstalling without the modem card. I also swapped nics with a known working one.

I am using Intel driver 6.4.14.0.

Any ideas?

This is the correct driver:

After downloading it, make sure to unpack it from C>Drivers>Win>Ethernet.
