Up for sale is a custom workstation that I put together a couple of weeks ago but later found out that I need an Intel based machine to continue.
Here are some of the parts that are used:
Motherboard: Abit AX78
Original box and contents are available and included in the sale.
Processor: AMD Athlon X2 BE-2400 Brisbane 2.3GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Dual-Core Processor - OEM
Video: ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT 256MB GDDR3 PCI-e video card
It has dual DVI connector for dual head display setup and a HDTV / S-Video Out port. Original box and contents are available and included in the sale.
RAM: 2GB OCZ DDR2-800 (PC2-6400) dual channel OCZ2N800SR2GK
Hard drive: Western Digital 200GB 7200RPM SATA
Case: Dynex ATX Mid Tower PC Computer Case with 500W power supply
This is one of the best PC case that I have come across. Its very nicely designed, working is easy and the 500W power supply guarantees enough juice to keep up with the power demand.
Optical Drive: Hitachi DVD
This machine is currently running 64bit Kubuntu 8.04.1. With appropriate OS this machine will become a FAST and perfect for gaming gig.
All components are current, NOT obsolete as it much happens with computer parts and are as close to being brand new as possible. I still have the original boxes and contents for the motherboard and the video card.
I spent more than the $300 I am asking.
Because of weight perhaps it will be best if this be a local pickup unless buyer wants to pay for the shipping.
