Graphics Memory

I'm trying to figure out what the memory is on the graphics cards. Using the latest drivers off Lenovo's site, my card shows 256 DDR2. Using the latest drivers (desktop version) off ATIs site, newer than Lenovo's, I'm showing 256mb DDR3. Is the memory DDR2, DDR3, GDDR2, or GDDR3?
