Are there high performance fans for an R60?

I recently upgraded the processor in my R60e (t2500 core duo). I noticed that when it is pushed really hard (75-80% usage) the temps will rise to the high 60's -low 70's. This is with the fan running max using TP Control. Is there any fan assy. that will cool better than the stock one?
