Can you access a USB flash drive in DOS on a TP 240X

Hi,

I searched the forums regarding this issue and they all seemed to deal with booting off a flash drive, which I know is not possible on this laptop. Instead, I would like to boot off a floppy using my external floppy drive but be able to access the USB flash drive once I'm in DOS. Has anyone attempted this or even know if it's possible?

I don't have personal experience with it, but Googling on 'DOS USB' I got a few hits.
