access conn. not working - xp sp3,wireless adapter is off

hi,
I have fresh xp sp3, after instalation, Access Connections can't find wireless network, shows that wireless adapter is off. Windows finding works ok.

I found information, that is better to go lover to 4.52 ac. but is giving info that cannot run at this platform...


I have solved problem - after trying, trying trying:) it needs to download latest driver from intel web, but for IT - it is cd with autorun, after auto installer everything works fine.
