no-1802 in T43p

I am trying to install a broadcom mini pci card in my T43p and i get the no-1802 error, I used the no-1802 patch image but still no joy

Any ideas?

No ideas, no solution. The hack doesn't work on T43/p units.

Many good cards can be used on these, I honestly don't understand why you think that Broadcom is better, but to each his/hers own...

I don't think is better is just that the card i have installed has failed and the only card i have laying around is the broadcom.

The solution is to use modified BIOS, a few people tried it already, so if you don't fear BIOS update, you have it in PM.
