FS: New 256MB PC133 CL2 Modules - $10 shipped (pic) ($ drop)

I ended up with a handful of these modules I don't need. A great way to max out some of the older 133Mhz FSB Thinkpads. They are new and individually sealed in anti-static bags and will be sent out in bubble mailers.

They are 256MB PC133 CL2 modules with Samsung chips. From what I gather manufactured in September 2008.



I am asking $10 per module (256MB) with free shipping to the Continental United Sates.

So you can get 512MB (2x 256MB) for $20 shipped or 256MB for $10 shipped. I do accept PayPal.

These are high-density (4-chips per side) and are tested to NOT work on two PC100 Thinkpads (Tested on a 600X and T20.)
