If so, how do you do this? And can it drive 2 external monitors and the laptop screen as well?
Current: X61t (7767-96U, SXGA+) AND T60p 15in w/ Flexview (2623DDU, refurbished)
X60t (6366AJU, SXGA+)
X200t
IBM T40
IBM X24

You need to use a docking station and connect both external displays to the dock... one to the VGA out and the other to the DVI out.

Alternatively, get a USB VGA adapter like this one. My R50p is using this and its built-in VGA port to drive two external monitors, 1600x1200 and 1920x1200 respectively.
Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)
Acer T272HUL; Crossover 404K; Dell 3008WFP, U2715H, U2711, P2416D; Monoprice 10734; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP
