Lost the power meter

Anyone know where the executable is for the power meter that normally shows up on the taskbar? I right clicked on it and closed it now it doesn't come back on restart. How do I get it back?

start - > programs -> access IBM -> Battery MaxMiser Wizard. I think screen 3 or 4 there is a taskbar option.
