Can an X40 play these formats in full screen alright?

I'm close to buying an X40 but i need to know if it can handle these media formats because I know i'll be watching movies on it once i awhile.

I don't own an X40, but it seems very reasonable that a P-M 1.2GHz will be able to handle it. Even with the intel "not-so extreme" graphics card. By todays standard, my old Pentium w/ 500 Mhz was able to play them jsut fine.

My old X23 can play them from a 2d hard drive or CD in teh media slice just fine. An X40 should have no problem.
