X60 Tablet: Standby + Indicator lights

Hi,

Could anyone tell me why my X60t is suddenly refusing to sleep when I close the lid? All the settings in the power manager tell it to do so, but nothing happens when I close it.

Also, my battery light on the LED indicator panel has stopped coming on: the AC adaptor light stays on all the time however, regardless of whether it is charging or not. Has anyone experienced this / fixed it?
