T30 SXGA screen in T23?

I've got a T30 with the SXGA screen that had water spilled on the keyboard.

I read on here that it's a no go, but is there no way to get some sort of converter cable or anything that would make it possible to switch it over to my T23?

The answer to your question is "no", but here's how I'd go about it: sell the LCD (or the whole lid) and whatever parts you still have from that T30 and buy anything you need-including a SXGA+ LCD-for the T23...

i've actually come upon a good deal for a good bottom half and am planning on swapping it all together to make one good t30 again.

those are what i was thinking of! i came upon that link a few days before and is what i based my question off..

i've actually now come upon a t23 on ebay with sxga and now am planning on using that entire unit now. that is, as long as everything works, it was "untested"..
