UltraBay Slim gaps

I know that some of you have a large (few millimeters) gap above the optical drive but what about below?

The gap below seems to be caused by a slight bowing of the large bottom piece of the plastic of the T42 - it makes it look as if there had been a lot of weight sitting in the middle of the modular bay. I'm pretty sure it's not caused by pushing down on the CD/DVD tray though, since the drive itself creates very little force when in contact with the UltraBay.

Does anyone else have this issue? It doesn't affect the usability of the TP fortunately, but it's an eyesore when you look at it. I'll put up a picture if I can sometime.
