xp tablet install -anyone wants to share?

I've still not been too succesful in getting a plain xp tablet installation to work with sleep and hibernation on the X61 Tablet.
Has anyone in these forums had succes with an install not from the resurrection partition?

It seems particularly the fingerprint software has a tendency to hang.
Otherwise xp is so much faster than a non bloated vista install. I will never go back to vista...
