What's the biggest HDD that can work in T60p 2007-YLX?
Does it support SATA-II? I assume yes, because there's an AHCI option in BIOS.

The only limits are your needs and your budget...any size SATA laptop drive will work...320GB, 500GB...
SATA 3.0 will work at SATA 1.5 speed in your ThinkPad, though.
