FS: T42 motherboard with fingerprint chip 1.6 gHz

The board is mounted in a good solid 14" base with no cracks. I got it as part of a working machine with a cracked screen. The original model is 2378-R1U. The motherboard FRU is 27K9984, which has the biometric coprocessor. The hard drive cage has the cutout to support the fingerprint reader. There are no passwords on the board.

If you are putting this board into a machine that didn't originally have a fingerprint reader, a touchpad with the reader can be added for $20. If you are upgrading from a T40 or T41, a T42 clearplate can be added for $4. If you damaged a couple of screws or a minor part, I can include them If you need additional parts, like an original b/g wireless card, contact me. PM me with questions.
