T40 memory question

Hello to all out there!
My question is about the T40 memory. My wonderful laptop is now spread apart on my work bench, due to the video card having problems. What I want to know is if the other T series has the same video problem? Also, what the main question is.......is will the memory in the T40 also work in other T models?

The T40 used PC2100. The T41 and T42 used PC2700, and the T43 used PC2-4200 RAM. So, you would not want to use the PC2100 in a later model, although it is possible in a T41 or T42, it will run slower than PC2700. T40's, 41's and 42's are all known to have the loose GPU issue. T43's with ATI GPU's are also known to have it, but to a much lesser extent than earlier models. T43's with Intel GPU's do not have the issue.
