P3M fits

#1 Post by mgw » Thu Nov 06, 2008 2:46 pm

:?: I wonder what is the fastest P3M fitting in a 600X and which related parts need replacement?

I presume there's no chance to get beyond the 5xx MB boundary, right?
Cheers, Michael

You can go much further.... There is people that installed a PIII of 800 and 850 MHZ, but for being able of profit all the possibilities you have to do several mods in the mainboard.

Have a look to:

(It is a very large one, btw) and several related other ones that you can find referred to in the las pages of it.

Good luck !
