Hi,
I have a x60 with an integrated fingerprint reader. I have formatted and restored my laptop a couple of times before. It is weird when I realised this msg which says that the reader has limited fingerprint memory and can not store more fingerprint after I store only 1 fingerprint after a fresh restore recently.
Please advise if there is a need to delete existing fingerprint which I do not suppose to be there, after all I am the only user, the laptop was restored to factory settings with no saving of any data and how can I delete the "existing prints" from the previous installations prior to system restore and formats.
Please advise.

See the post from Erik in this thread. Fingerprints are not stored on your hard drive if you have TPM onboard.
