How much is it worth? T43 2668 1.86ghz pm, 40gb, 1gb ram

I have a T43-2668-4DU thats in great condition, not much scratches, screen is in perfect condition, only thing thats wrong with it is the shift key is a little tappy.

Ati Mobility Radeon X300 128mb (64mb dedicated) that has great performance for how old it is.

Pentium M 1.86 GHZ

40Gb HDD

Windows XP Professional or Ubuntu

1 gb of PC-3400 Ram (1 x 1gb so theres a free slot of expansion)

Intel Wireless

Infra Red

IBM Fingerprint Reader

I wasn't sure where to post this so here it goes. I want to know how much is it generally worth? Whats a good selling price for it? Thanks in advance.
