x21 supervisor password

hey

i bought my thinkpad x21 2 years ago.
each time i wanted to change an option in my bios i entered using user password, and i didn't know there was another supervisor password.

i want to update my bios (ver 2.12) and i can't change the option in the bios that say "allow bios update".

is there any way to find out the supervisor password ?

Unfortunately this site does not allow discussion of bypassing security systems. The most we can tell you is this:

- ask the former owner for the password
- replace the motherboard
