T23 Dock Problem

Hi,

My IBM T23 just started to do this. I'm not quite sure why and was wondering if someone else might be able to shed some insight.

The laptop on its own is able to shutdown and restart properly. However, when I have the laptop docked it won't restart. I see the BIOS screen, the XP logo with the black screen and then it just freezes. When I try to do safe mode it hangs at the AGP440.sys file.

My current work around is restarting my laptop without the dock, putting it to sleep and then docking it. Once on the dock, I can wake the laptop from sleep mode and it works fine until I need to restart again.

Thoughts?
