New phpBB Forum layout

Hi,

The redesign of the forum message board with the new phpBB layout seemed to result in the message lists loading faster.

However, the smaller text font was much harder to read on the dark blue and even light blue background colors. The small font utilized really needed a white background to be easily legible.

Perhaps this was just a test font, and the larger font of the current forum will ultimately be used. Just wanted to note these aspects at this early stage.
