X31 mobo in X32?

#1 Post by cmarti » Fri Dec 12, 2008 10:21 pm

Has anyone done this?

I have a perfectly working X31 but the LCD and plastics are beat up and also have an X32 with a dead mobo, can the X31 board be installed in the X32?

As I understand it, the only difference between the two machines is the CPU. The board should install with no issues.

I've got an X32 mobo in a X31 case so you should be able to go the other way too.
