I canceled lenovo order... what now??
i called lenovo, i canceled my previous order... they claim that they will still ship the package (even thou it hasn't been shipped out) and my credit card has not been charged. i told them not to charge my credit card and they agreed not to do so...
are they going to charge my credit card??? i don't wanna be charged overdraft fees!!! what to do?

it was pretty much the same with ibm..
it was very hard to stop an order once it was "in the pipeline" so to speak..
in fact they tried to cancel one of my orders one time and they could not stop it in time..
SO, what to do..
well, document each telephone call and capture a screen shot of any online cancellation acknowledgement..
then you might try notifying your CC company NOT to accept any charge that would put you overlimit and then document THAT if they agree..
one thing ibm OR lenovo won't do is ship product if the CC charge did not go through..
though i can't imagine any CC company agreeing to NOT take a charge from one particular merchant its worth a try..
make notes, take names..
refusing a shipment is bad news..
but if they give you anb RMA # before you get the parcel then its probably ok to take it and ship it back..
why are you cancelling an order..? buyers remorse in shaky financial times.. ?
we're most all in that boat..
