Waking up with nvidia drivers 180.84 (GTA4)

Hi,

I have bought GTA4 which needs the nVidia drivers 180.84 in order to work properly. After installing the drivers from LaptopVideo2Go (working), I cannot resume from standby/sleep. The lights will come on but then there's no HDD activity and the display will stay black.
I have to keep the power button pressed to reboot.

I have this issue with all 180.x nvidia drivers. Their 169.x was still alright. Lenovo factory drivers also work, of course, but they haven't published anything since June. This is probably a Nvidia/Vista problem and not so much a thinkpad problem, but who knows...

Does anybody know a solution to this? I don't want to reboot every time..
