given that the Thinkpad shipped with a 65W power supply, I'd guess that it's integrated intel graphics.

Googling for 42T0157 I find this saying: "IBM LENOVO T60/p INTEL 945GM MOTHERBOARD"... which seems to indicate that it is an integrated GPU. The same is found here and here. You will find specs for the 945GM e.g. in the ltwbook (official title: ”Personal Systems Reference, Lenovo ThinkPad Notebooks, 2005 to present – withdrawn, November 2008 - Version 348”).

- it would also seem a bit unlogical if Lenovo had put in a discrete graphics card and then shipping it with a low-end XGA LCD...

PS: I don't quite understand why the Parts Lookup lists two "planars" (= motherboards):

... with different P/N's (42W3204 and 42W7578, respectively) both with the same FRU (42T0157)? Strange if IBM/Lenovo don't know what they put in this ThinkPad?

I've seen many times that IBM/Lenovo lists some parts twice, e.g. in the same list:

and got no idea what does it mean too
