URGENT! need help to restore my T60 to factory contents

so i have tried to access Rescue & Recovery before start-up, but everytime i tried it wouldnt let me go to the menu page as a dialogue would come up and ask for my windows passwords. and im 100% sure i have the correct passwords, but then it says i need to go and configure passwords for this which i dont understand how.

and also my client security solutions never works. no matter how many times ive reinstalled it. everytime i tried to launch it, nothing happens.

both programmes are of the latest versions and my T60 is running XP.

I am very frastrated as i really want to restore my T60 to factory settings. The XP OS is running extremely slow these days and sometimes it freezes without much activities going on. please help. thank youuuuuuuuuu
