Yet another great EZServ repair...

A couple of months ago, I had a perfect experience with EZServ and Solectron. I want to report that my most recent experience with EZServ and Flextronics (who purchased Solectron), was just as perfect. (This is the first time I've come across Flextronics, so I thought I'd share the info.)

The LCD on one of my ThinkPads became defective (veritcal lines on 1/3rd of screen).

- called in the problem on Monday
- had the box on Tuesday morning
- returned the laptop to IBM EZServ the same day
- checked the status Wednesday afternoon via link emailed to me by EZServ
- it stated the repair was completed at noon and returned to the customer
- I had the perfectly repaired machine by 10 a.m. on Thursday

Once again, unbeatable (maybe they're just really good at LCD issues?!)

Had the exact same experience & turnaround time on a T43 with a bad motherboard (gpu freezing problem).
Will for sure get the 3yr warranty when I pull the trigger on a T400.
May wait for the T410 to see if the change the led screen bezel / size issue.
