Thinkvantage System Update error 75 on thinkpad G40

Thinkvantage System Update error 75 on thinkpad G40

When i click Next to get the new updates, it stops at 21% stating that "Error 75 recieved from the System Update Server. Please contact the Support Center"

I have tried uninstalling it and reloading it from a file download.

Does anyone have a fix to this?
