Sure. Here is the x200t on the left vs. the t42p straight-on, at full brightness. http://photos-g.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak- ... 6_5290.jpg And in the dark: http://photos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak- ... 9_3918.jpg

x200t on the left, from above: http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak- ... 0_1938.jpg

From the side you can see the blurring effect of the x200t tablet layer: http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-ak- ... 1_5418.jpg. This difference doesn't show up at normal viewing angles.

On those pics, there is a difference in colors between the t42p and the x200t - the t42p seems a bit more accurate, maybe due to the CCFL backlight vs. LED.

I really like the VAIO screens - I would have kept my VAIO TT if the screen and keyboard weren't too small. The keyboard and display size of the x200 tablet make a big difference - 12" 16:10 is much more comfortable to read than 11" 16:9. The VAIO TT and Z have the most vivid colors I've seen on a laptop (including the RGBLED backlit M4400), but they are still TN and the viewing angles are a little annoying. I would say the TT is nearly the equal of the IPS x200t in screen quality, but I vastly prefer the Thinkpad keyboard and build.

I still can't get over the terrible TN screens Lenovo and Dell use these days - my old 14" t41 has a much, much more stable viewing angle than the WUXGA RGBLED M4400 (Dell's best display), my friend's T400, or the aforementioned x200s. But I am very happy with this computer.
