WTB: HD and caddy for ThinkPad 760

I'm looking for a ThinkPad 760 HD caddy as well as a hard drive that's at least 3gb to use in my old ThinkPad 760XD so it no longer has to sit on my desk shelf. If anyone has either, let me know, thanks.
