blinking screen on T30

Have a T30 with a screen that has a blinking'flashing on the lower portion of the screen. Hooked it up to an external moniter and it works fine. Does this sound like a problem with the LCD or maybe just a wirinf problem? Anyone have an experience like this?

If you have portion of the screen that is stable, likelihood would be the LCD.

switched out the LCD and it is working correctly, so it is either the LCD, inverter or cable. Either way I have it running, thanks for the help
