Questions About The On Screen Keyboard For The X6xT & X2

Does the on screen keyboard allow you to do multiple shortcut key combos such as CTRL+V for Paste or CTRL+SHIFT+N for New Document (like in audio programs)?

I am thinking of upgrading from an X61 to a X61 Tablet or Lenovo X200 Tablet to use with Audio Software Programs (Namely Pro-Tools). I would love to set up my Korg Nanokey or MAudio Axiom 25 keyboard and just use the touch screen of the tablet to navigate, enter in key commands using the on screen keyboard, and using my finger to drag things around on the screen (such as Audio files in programs like Pro-Tools).

By the way, are there keys in tablet mode that allow you to call up the On Screen Keyboard with the touch of a button?
