Please - How fast are the Card Slots on the X200? Exp Cd etc

How fast are the Express Card and 5 in 1 Reader Slots On The X200?

I would be using the unit mainly for audio. If the Express Card slot is speedy, I can mount an SSD Express Card to run audio for Pro-Tools. If another slot, say CF is just as fast, I can use that to store samples for streaming (with a program like Kontakt 3).

I would like to acquire an X200 Tablet (upgrading from my 2.2 GHz X61) to make my main mobile Audio unit running programs like WaveLab and Pro-Tools 8. The speed (1.8) and Touchscreen are enough to provide an excellent workflow.
