FS: Thinkpad T42p 2373-HTU

I purchased this laptop directly from IBM several years ago and have used continuously since then as a home laptop for basic web, email, and word processing. I have since bought a new computer and have no use for this anymore. It has been sparingly the last 6 months since I got a new pc. I recently did a fresh install of the factory defaults using the IBM Thinkpad Rescue and Recovery Discs and installed all IBM and Microsoft application and security updates. I would guess the wear and tear is normal for being 4+ years old.

Problems:
USB ports and Bluetooth do not work. From my research, the best I could tell is that the Southbridge got fried. Since I did not use bluetooth, my work-around was to buy a PCMCIA USB card adapter (under $20) so I could use USB devices when desired.

The screen is in good shape. There are some marks on the screen surface that are visible when viewing a bright image on the screen (not noticable under all viewing conditions). I haven't tried to rectify this problem except for wiping with a microfiber cloth, so this could be fixable, I have just never tried. It isn't distinct enough to bother me.

Also comes with multiple AC adapters and possible a car adapter if I can find it and an IBM Thinkpad Nylon Carrying Case with Drop protection built in.
